ORDER CONTACT LENSES

Please complete the Order Form below and we will supply the contact lenses you require. 

We are able to supply contact lenses for EITHER:-

Paul Whiteman Optometrists' patients who have been fitted or examined by us within the last 12 months.

OR

New patients who have an up-to-date copy of their contact lens prescription.

Please be aware that your prescription must be less than 12 months old to be valid in law and you must UPLOAD a copy with your order below.

Be aware that your contact lenses will normally take up to 10 working days for delivery.

If you request us to post your contact lenses to you we will contact you to arrange payment before they are despatched.
